Re: Microwave radiation

A very interesting film about electro magnetic radiation in general and microwave radiation in particular is James Russell's "Resonance -- Beings of Frequency": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h59ONN2hJ_k

No, she went to the same drug store and photographed a package of Trofodermin.

(...) a logo on lip balm packaging (does anyone know for sure it was even there?) Aino-Kaisa Saarinen posted a picture of the box with the doping warning directly after the scandal was publicly revealed. It was very clear that the warning was hard to miss. After all, brevic is a good-hearted guy who just had a difficult childhood - a reasonable excuse for the slap on the wrist he got... Anders Behring Breivik (now Fjotolf Hansen) is most likely "totally controlled by the Jews too" to use an expression by legendary chess master Bobby Fischer...

Re: Double Poling Question

I was wondering when it comes to double poling techniques, assuming that basic technique is good for sustained double poling, is it better to do long/strong arm extended double poling, or shorter quicker repeats. If you really want to go fast on today's equipment I believe you should use shorter bu...

It is no crime to produce a lip balm containing clostebol.

Re: The danger of roller skiing

Is there a solution to the decades of tiny pebbles destroying skiers? ...It would require a flared-bulge portion for the front fork to allow pebbles to pass up and thru. Possibly this would intrude on tilting the ski in skate training? Is that the problem? Many roller skis have very little space be...

Re: The danger of roller skiing

Another World Cup skier with medal chances at the Olympics, Didrik Tonseth (...) Going 50 kph downhill and a gravel road side road had spilled gravel onto the main which stopped Didrik's wheel. The same type of accident as Ralph's, but this time happening to a back wheel which is rarer since the li...

Today it became official: Therese Johaug gets an 18 months suspension (18 October 2016 - 18 April 2018) for use of the forbidden substance clostebol which means she will not be allowed to compete in the Winter Olympics next year. At a press conference she said that her motivation to come back for th...

Re: How's the season going?

Very little roller skiing for me this season, deplorably; a little with my very young nieces who are getting into the sport. Yesterday, however, I tested my latest roller skis. More on them and that on my website.

Re: The danger of roller skiing

Indeed, there are so many of these stories. I've always wondered why top athletes risk it, especially with no protection gear other than helmet and going on new or unfamiliar roads, and this was a high speed crash so unnecessary risks were definitely taken. I believe roller skiing on roads or track...
