"waxing" extruded bases

Postby jt10000 » Mon Feb 16, 2015 5:14 am

Is there a way to improve glide on extruded plastic bases on skis? I'm assuming a paste or liquid wax such as Swix F4 is the way to go, but welcome any suggestions.

Liquid wax is definitely the way to go. You can hotwax them, but it will have the same effect as putting on a liquid with much more effort involved.
