I tried them and the main problem is application. They don't melt/burn with an iron like the big brands do. I've corked them in but it still doesn't feel like it adheres to the base.

There are two things that make fluor powders different from one another. The fluor type and the additives in them. The no name brands like race wax and others don't melt into the ski because they do not have the correct additives.
