No not the end but will be changing slightly. I can see a snow tunnel or two poping up in North America as they have in Europe and Scandinavia if people push for them. Last January Lake Placid was one of the only places with snow in the east. This year we have had snow on and off since early January 2016 in southern Ont. Duntroon Highlands has been running on snow all season which is about as south as Lake Placid. Just a real bad year in NY.

Yeah tough to argue with the facts. Many things that we all like to do are being tweaked by the change in the weather. Feel bad for folks who have our sport as their livelihood. But as long as everyone leaves all their lights on in the house and drive large SUVs to go to the corner........

I can remember some real bad snow years in the late eightees. My dad was into snowmobiling and we grew up doing it also. He got tired of putting insurance and plates on sleds to ride three times a season. Took it all to auction 1988 after fifteen years of sledding as I recall. Done.
2012 was a real stinker for snow also. A lot worse than this season around here.
