The new Warren Miller movie, premiering in October, will have a segment featuring the US cross-country ski team shot in August at the Snow Farm in New Zealand. It's not the focus of the entire movie - so you'll still watch a lot of big mountain and powder skiing and snowboarding - but it's apparently the first time XC has made a featured appearance.

Even if you have no interest in the other sports in the movie, you can appreciate the cinematography and looking at the snow!

Nice vids! (Frenchies and Vikings.) ...But... In both videos they are skiing ROADS not trails. A goal for me this season is to create some videos of TRAIL SKIING to illustrate ski handling. And, well, trails.

Wow, I wonder what skiers like Jessie could do w skis made for handling and if they were on trails!
