Mainly as a workout alternative on 'gravel' roads with magnesium chloride for firmness and smoothness, I'm trying to start somewhere from scratch and get into roller skiing. Obviously, I'll be getting Maplus skis
, and am not sure which ones and not clear on wheels. I probably need to get different wheels, elsewhere, but maybe this is an OK starting point that I can modify as I learn more and hopefully gain some skill?
SPECIFICATIONS Ideal for strong skiers who enjoy high intensity training, Maplus Twin is equipped with large, soft wheels which offer increased resistance, excellent vibration dampening and an overall smooth ride with the following features: - Patented frame in a special super light alloy highly resistant to dynamic stress - Natural rubber wheels (73 x 55 mm diameter) - Reverse lock-up device on rear wheels - Distance between wheels: 703 mm - Weight: 2.250 kg per pair
Thanks for any insights.
