I'd say they could have started after the Star Spangled Banner, but even watching (listening) to that makes me nervous. It's kind of weird, but I hate the Star Spangled Banner because it's always been associated with race starts for me.

Anyway, this is video from the tandem that's usually right up there fighting for an overall win.
