Can anyone tell me how to dis-mount a profile binding?

The toughest part is removing the sole plate. After that it's just three screws. There's the plug towards the heel that needs to be removed. A pair of very small flathead screwdrivers works fairly well. I think it's about impossible to remove the plug without hacking up the sole plate and/or plug a little bit.

After that, the sole plate needs to be pryed off the ski. It's taped on with double sided tape. (It's more like a sticky glue strip) Some heat with a hairdryer should help a bit. Carefully pry it up.

Once the sole plate is removed, you'll be able to see and remove the two back binding screws.

Using a small screwdriver, the plastic cap just forward of the bumper needs to be pryed off. Doing that will reveal the third screw.
