U S Women Have a Great Day in Gallivare

Kikkan Randall 3rd
Holly Brooks 5th
Liz Stephen 21st
Jessie Diggins 32nd
Ida Sargent 53rd

All the big guns were in Gallivare which makes this more impressive. Only Bjorgen and Johaug were faster than Kikkan. Holly Brooks who started early in the sixth spot held first for a long time until Kikkan nipped her time.

I followed it online and watched the end live online. Awesome job for the US Women! Too bad the US Men still aren't even close to competing - except for Newell in a sprint race.
